PRINTS:

Prints are packaged and distributed by a third party art fulfillment center. All prints are created using giclée printing, ensuring the highest quality, archival standard of print.

The paper used has an extremely high color gamut, high contrast, and black density. It is:

• Archival grade

• 330 gsm
  
• 17 mil
  
• 100% cotton rag
  
• hot press
  
• smooth matte

Some prints are digitally signed, with a small signature in the bottom corner. No prints are hand-signed.

SHIPPING:

Standard production time is three business days. After the print is ready to ship, the shipping time will be based on your location. Please allow up to two weeks for print deliveries. Shipping times do not include any delays caused by customs or postal service disruptions. Prints 8x10" and smaller are mailed inside cardboard stay-flat envelopes. Prints over 8x10" are mailed inside Kraft mailing tubes.

LOST or DAMAGED ORDERS:

If an order hasn't been delivered, please report it within 3 months of the date the order was placed. If your item arrives damaged, please email: info@jenzero.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage.
